Kristin Fisher has joined CNN on the 20th of July, 2021 as Space and Defense Correspondent. In that role she will cover all aspects of space, from NASA as well as the new Space Force, to commercial space firms and the emergence of space tourism. Kristin was the daughter of NASA astronauts, and also an enthusiastic space lover, grew up immersed in the field. She served for five years in the position of White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy under the Biden and Trump Administrations. In this time, she covered the 2020 presidential campaign, two impeachment trial as well as two initiatives to end the spread of coronavirus as well as two different administrations' efforts.
